Mark Frost
Mark Frost is a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, Virginia, with more than 20 years of experience in military, government, and commercial modeling, simulation, wargaming, and analysis. In the commercial sector, he has pioneered the transfer of military wargaming techniques to assist in developing strategy and managing change for major corporations worldwide. Booz Allen's innovative work in this area has been profiled in numerous business publications, including Business Week, the Wall Street Journal, and Forbes.
At Booz Allen, Mr. Frost leads the development of wargames for commercial and civil sector clients worldwide, addressing some of the most complex problems our governments, businesses, and public face. In addition, he has developed wargames for a myriad of global leadership events such as the World Economic Forum and Aspen Ideas Festival.

Mr. Frost has received two Booz Allen Hamilton Professional Excellence Awards, given in recognition of outstanding and innovative client service, for the AIDS Epidemic Strategic Simulation to build a megacommunity to fight HIV/AIDS epidemic in India and for pioneering the application of wargaming to business strategy.
Before joining Booz Allen, Mr. Frost served in the U.S. Navy in anti-submarine warfare patrol aircraft and the aircraft carrier Carl Vinson, and taught in the Mathematics Department, U.S. Naval Academy. He holds an M.S. in Operations Research from the Naval Post Graduate School and a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy (1974).
